Service Description: The Wisconsin 2011 redistricting plan was signed into law as Act 43 on August 9, 2011. The plan enacted by 2011 Act 43 was challenged before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin in Baldus et al vs. Brennan et al. On April 11, 2012, the court issued an order creating the new boundaries between Assembly Districts 8 and 9.
